Sweating it out in the park today!
I met up with my good friend Jenny. She just had a baby 1 month ago, so we are a good fit for couple workout. We power walked 5 rounds (about 40 min) and did body work with bands and small dumbbells. It was a good 1+ hour workout and it felt great! The babies were behaving, but got HUNGRY at the end......home to feeding ;)
I'm down to 141.0......so 3lbs to go to be my pre-prego weight. BUT, goal is 130!!
